Most renovations happen around an active practice. We sequence demolition, dust control, and inspections so morning patients see a clean operatory and the practice never closes.

Office TIs live and die on the lease commencement date. We hold the schedule with phased demolition, parallel MEP coordination, and weekly broker/landlord updates so the tenant moves in on day one.
